“Plutoed” Wins Word of the Year

To “pluto” is “to demote or devalue someone or something,” much like what happened to the former planet last year when the General Assembly of the International Astronomical Union decided Pluto didn’t meet its definition of a planet.
Awesome. This comes from the same society that awarded “truthiness” with word of the year last year. I think I like these people. It really should be used as much as possible, as it’s so fun to roll off your tongue. PLUTOED! I can see gamers across the internet yelling it over their mics. Donald Trump should say, “You’re plutoed!” It’s almost as great as truthiness. Almost. Stephen Colbert is the man.
