		<description>From a fellow insomniac, I suggest the following:

Make a routine every single night about going to sleep.
Stop using the computer/internet before bed...easy to get sucked in and forget the time.
Wake up the same time each morning.
Drink a warm glass of milk, ovaltine, or whatever warm that you can take (some like chamomile sleepy time tea)
Do not watch the news or anything that will get your mind focusing on negative things.
Eat a banana.
And try a guided sleep meditation tape.  It helps most people get to sleep.
