The voice Ledger cultivated for his Joker character distracted me for the first 30-40 minutes of the film as I racked my brain trying to put my finger on who it sounded like. At one point in the movie where the Joker breaks into an insane machine-gun giggle, I almost screamed out..."That's IT!! Richard Dreyfuss" but I did start chuckling out loud every time the Joker's voice began began pegging the Dreyfuss-meter. Thank You!
